All social templates (graphics, carousel, highlights, slide deck) will require a CANVA PRO subscription to use.

Landing Pages require a FREE Wix account. You will have to pay for a premium Wix website in order to connect your own domain.

There will be NO REFUND for any items purchased from the template store due to delivered items being digital in nature.

For custom design items, the refund policy will be detailed in your design contract. Generally, your retainer (which goes toward the total cost of your service) is NON-REFUNDABLE after a specified period of time, usually based on the fact that work will have already been completed.

At this time, I'm only offering the services listed unless you are a legacy client (someone who already has an agreement/contract for services that are no longer offered).

It varies. Landing pages usually have a 7 day turnaround time. Campaign Design projects will take at least 2 weeks depending on how many graphics are being requested. Content design will require at least 10 days before content will be ready for approval.

Yes, shortly I will be offering templates for Wordpress and possibly Shopify themes as well :)
